NEXPO 2022 – Serious Gaming with IoT

When you hear the term serious gaming what’s the first thing that comes to mind?

Although serious gaming has the word serious in it, that doesn’t mean it cannot be fun.

So what is serious gaming?

It simply means games having primary motives other than just pure entertainment. Games can be used to motivate people to learn or improve skills in various fields. The whole concept revolves around the idea of gamifying learning in order to make it enjoyable!The theme of NEXPO 2022 is ‘Serious Gaming’. The students of IDBM in the Networked Partnering and Product Innovation course have invented 10 different IoT product ideas implementing this concept, and will be showcasing the outcomes in the exposition.
